Update July 23, 2007

I went into the hospital this weekend to get a hernia repaired. the heria had developed on the incision line. The repair was uneventful and I'm home now doing fine.

I saw my oncologist last Friday and he was delighted with everything. He told me there was no reason for any follow-up chemotherapy and that made my day. 

 It is now almost three monbths since the transplant. I have been back at work for six weeks.... very weak at first but now getting my strength back. I am doing very well and my patients seem to be glad to have me back. I look forward to doing what I love to do for a very long time.
